INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING
Individual counselling and personal counselling is a collaborative dynamic between the counsellor and the client. The counselling process aims to facilitate change and improve the quality of life of an individual. Each individual requires the moulding of a unique counselling modality, of which the objective is to help clients confront barriers that prohibit self-growth and interfere with emotional and mental well-being. Personal Counselling can increase positive feelings such as self-worth, love, compassion, courage and improve psychological well-being.
